Why is it that fruit has to be seasonal? Why can't they be around all year round? (That's right, I'm still waiting for you figs).

It has been one of my dreams to go fruit picking. Like actually go to a farm and pick fruit (Don't judge). Not that I haven't been to a fruit farm. I have, but that was 5 years ago, and there was no hand-picking - the fruit was already picked for you. In case you were wondering, we went to Tasmania and I STILL remember how amazing those apricots tasted (They were the BEST I kid you not). To those who haven't been to a fruit farm, believe me when I say that you can actually taste the DIFFERENCE between store-bought/supermarket 'fresh' fruit and organic farm-fresh fruit. I think I go to foodie heaven.
